March 31, 2011 - CRANSTON, RI – The Dawson Group, Inc. (TDG) today announced the acquisition of HMBS, a medical billing and reimbursement company servicing rescue departments, fire departments, and physicians in RI and MA, from St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island (SJHSRI).  Financial terms were not disclosed.
